How does Free Trackside Pickup work?βΎ
When ordering online, select "Free Trackside Pickup" at checkout. You can collect your order directly from the OSAAT committee desk at any of our weekly sessions:
- Tuesday Track Intervals: George Knott Athletics Track, Clifton Hill (6:30 PM β 8:30 PM).
- Sunday Long Run: Morell Bridge / The Tan, South Yarra (7:45 AM β 11:00 AM).
Just show your digital order confirmation email or Tax Invoice QR code to our desk volunteers.
What if my singlet or tee doesn't fit? (Free Size Swaps)βΎ
We offer 100% free, hassle-free size swaps! If you collect your kit trackside and the fit isn't perfect, bring it unwashed with tags to any Tuesday or Sunday session and swap it directly from our trackside supply box on the spot.
Do you ship across Australia or Internationally?βΎ
Yes! We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post:
- Standard Delivery: $10.00 AUD (2-5 business days). Free for orders over $100.
- Express Post: $15.00 AUD (1-2 business days).
- International: Available upon requestβemail shop@osaat.com.au.
Will I receive an official Australian Tax Invoice?βΎ
Yes! Immediately upon completing your order, an official, ATO-compliant Australian Tax Invoice is generated with our club ABN (84 192 481 092), itemized 10% GST breakdown, unique Invoice ID, and a digital collection pass. You can download it as a PDF or print it directly.
